"Confusing and Frustrating Ordering Experience"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept failing over and over. What made it more confusing was that the website said one thing, but the actual ordering process seemed to do something else, so I wasn’t even sure what was going wrong. I reached out to support and never got a reply, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"I don't feel like this was worth…"
I don't feel like this was worth what I paid. There were a lot of vague promises about what it would do or how much better things would be, but in the end it just didn’t really deliver. I kept waiting for the results they hinted at, and they never really showed up...

"Shipping felt a little slow"
I ordered from groundingwell.com my first reaction was like, “Wait, why is this taking so long?” It did show up in good shape and nothing was damaged, so that part was fine. I just wish there had been better updates along the way because I kept checking and wondering what was going on. Overall, not awful, but definitely not super quick either. Average shipping experience for me.

"Stopped Using It After Feeling Worried About Shocks"
I ended up stopping using this because I was worried about getting shocked. Maybe mine had an issue or maybe I was just being extra cautious, but it didn’t feel worth the risk to me. If anyone else is considering it, I’d suggest checking it carefully before use and not ignoring that uneasy feeling if something seems off

Setting it up was straightforward, which I appreciated. The videos covered the questions I had without me needing to dig around for answers, and overall it just feels good to use. It’s nice when something works without adding extra hassle

I ordered from groundingwell and overall it’s been okay. The material feels soft right out of the package and doesn’t have that cheap, scratchy feel, which I appreciated. That said, it’s a bit thinner than I thought it would be, especially when you actually hold it up or fold it. After using it a few times, it still works fine, but I’m not totally sure how well it’ll hold up over time. Not a bad buy, just not something I’m overly impressed with for the price.

"Held up okay, but I expected a bit more..."
I’ve been using this for a few months now, and it’s still doing the job, so I can’t really complain too much. But the material is already starting to feel a little worn, which is kind of disappointing for the price. It’s not bad or anything... I just thought it would hold up a bit better.

"I was hoping this would work since..."
I was hoping this would work since I saw some people saying they had good results, but for me it mostly didn’t do anything. Most nights I felt no difference at all, and maybe one time it seemed like it helped a little. I kept wondering if I was missing something because others seemed to like it, but it just wasn’t worth trying again for me.

My order showed up right around when it was supposed to, so that was good. The tracking was mostly fine, though there was one point where it just stopped updating for a bit, which was kind of annoying. But the package arrived in good shape and there weren’t any real issues. I’d probably use them again

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I really wanted to love this. When I tested the conductivity, it seemed to check out, and I do feel some grounding effect when using it. That said, the connection doesn’t always feel totally steady. Sometimes it feels a bit weak or uneven, which is disappointing because I expected a little more consistency. It’s not a bad product at all, but as someone who already likes the brand, I’m kind of conflicted on this one.

I tried wearing it at night but yeah, I just couldn’t really get comfortable with it. The material felt kinda weird on my skin, and it kept moving around, which got annoying fast. I ended up taking it off after a bit. Maybe some people like it, but for me it was more irritating than relaxing

I really wanted to give this a fair try, but the setup was just confusing. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for clear instructions that regular people can follow without getting frustrated.

In the end, I still felt just as tired as before. I used it hoping for a noticeable energy boost, but i didn’t feel any different day to day. Not a terrible experience, just didn’t do what I needed it to do.

"Took a Bit Too Long to Hear Back"
I had to reach out to Groundingwell about my order, the reply was slower than I figured it would be. Like, it wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but I was kind of sitting there waiting and wondering what was going on. They did eventually answer my question, and the person was polite enough, so I’ll give them that. Just feels like the whole response time could be better. Not awful, not amazing, just kind of in the middle.

"Warranty Help Was Fine, But More Stressful Than Expected"
I had to reach out to Grounding Well after my mat started acting up and not working right. To be fair, they did respond and asked me to send over some photos and my order info, which made sense. But the waiting between replies was more stressful than I expected, especially when I just wanted to know what was going on and get it sorted. They did help me in the end, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience overall. I just wish the whole warranty process had been faster and a bit clearer.

"Feeling calmer than I expected"
I started out feeling anxious and wasn’t sure if anything would really help. But after giving it some time, I noticed little things changing, my mind wasn’t racing as much, and I wasn’t getting overwhelmed as easily. It wasn’t some huge overnight shift, but more like I slowly realized I was handling things better. I feel a lot less anxious now, and that’s been such a relief

It showed up right on time and nothing was damaged, which was a relief, so I’m happy about that. But the box looked rough when it arrived, and the packing inside felt kind of cheap. I mean, it did its job, I guess, but for the price I was expecting something a little nicer. Not a huge deal or anything, but still a bit disappointing

I tried this recently hoping it would take the edge off my pain, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Maybe it works for some people, but based on my latest experience with it, it just wasn’t helpful for me.

"Used to fit better"
I ordered my usual size, but it felt way tighter than it used to. I’ve had better luck with this before, so it was a little disappointing. The return process was kind of annoying too, which didn’t help.
